Site Services offers a comprehensive program for HOA's designed to help determine the condition of on-site stormwater facilities and identify any maintenance requirements or repairs that may be advisable.  With County inspections on the rise in the State of Maryland, many HOA's are being caught off guard by the cost associated with repairing a pond that has not been properly maintained on an annual basis.

One Time $500* Inspection Fee** Includes:

• Check to ensure mechanical components are functional

• Identify invasive plants and unwanted vegetation

• Inspect riser structure(s) and dam embankments for damage

• Inspect pipes and outfall channels

• Assess accumulated sediment throughout the facility

• Provide an inspection report detailing deficiencies

• Provide corrective actions from a level 1 to level 3 priority

• Act as an advocate for the HOA during County Inspections.
